It’s finally here!

Welcome to the new Locker Room membership site – I’ve been thinking about doing this for years, and have been working on creating this for a few months now.

Now it’s here, and now *you’re* here, too!

If you’re brand new here, you’ll have a great time navigating all the new tabs, pages, nooks, and crannies of this new site, with each area filled with great articles, videos, podcasts, links, downloads, and resources that are relevant to your goals.

If you’ve been a part of the Locker Room program for any length of time since it first opened in May 2018, you’ll be pleased to see many familiar themes and topics in each monthly program, but packaged in fresh, new ways.

This month’s Clipboard program is full of exciting fitness and fat loss challenges like usual – nothing like the short-term, arbitrarily restrictive challenges you might see elsewhere. These challenges are structured, progressive, monthly programs that you can follow along with the rest of us so we can keep each other accountable.

In fact, accountability is the name of the game here, and this would be a great time for you to join our Locker Room community group if you haven’t already. There are a few hundred members in the group, and we love posting comments, photos, questions, and ideas back and forth to help one another out.ย
