This program is for you if you:

  • Want to build muscle mass during this season
  • Want to build muscular strength during this season
  • Want to try out some advanced training techniques
  • Have a few random resistance bands lying around the house ๐Ÿ˜‰

“TENSION” is an 4 week, bands-only workout program that will show you have to make the most out of minimal equipment options. You’ll be using your own body weight in combination with some creative rigging for your bands in order to create the most muscular tension possible. This will be the driving stimulus for challenging your body to build new muscle mass to keep up with these overloaded demands.
